This will also apply to i51, for anyone going.

I might do a quick summary post of the main changes (ie. ease of access transport-wise, price changes, accom changes). I expect we’ll have a fairly clear picture from i51 of what we can offer and expect at i52 when we have larger numbers. I’m quite excited by the move, it does seem good but curious to how much the onsite hotels cost, and if there’s many others around and offsite.

Indeed no Stone Willy’s near Coventry. Multiple restaurants and bars on site though, s1ck shit… Possible main stage on the playing field? Insane.

I think security will be less tight cause theyre using their (multiplay’s?) own guys as security.

Coventry itself seems to have loads of hotels, many more in decent radius of the LAN compared to Telford area. No walking distance tho.

Amber security used to run all the newbury events, and initial campsite security here at Telford. They were nice guys, tended to be more careful in actually making sure they check bags for computers etc. but I don’t know how it will go. Presumably it will all still be the same with regards to alcohol, due to the licenses.

I never felt my equipment was properly safe at Telford, its easy to walk past without being checked, and the checks are not really thorough. Looking forward to see if Multiplay can do any better.
