anyone know if they did anything to the campsite? that got horrible feedback from i51

It was a mess. Got through after 7/8 mins on hold to be told she doesn’t have access to the system because of the group booking block out so I need to phone back and go through the group booking menu. Sit on hold again…oh look, get through and told it’s full.

Campsite I don’t think has been done yet, but they are intending to dig up quite a bit of it, filter out the junk and redo it so it’s flat and not fully of big lumps and random bits of metal.

They’re apparently releasing some more hotels next week or soon, but it ain’t really gonna be walking distance…

I had the same delightful experience with novotel. Managed to sort something with BRC, but a 45 minute walk is hardly ideal….
