Two universities in Coventry. No idea if they would give rooms but I assume so during the summer. Warwick likely to be expensive though.
Casino will definitely be open. Opens at noon and stays open until the early hours.

camping wont be that bad if there are showers nearby
not even a 15 minute walk
Coventry a good place? Any cheap hotels close? Is there actually food at midnight?
