Ok, that sucks.
Where were you staying? Also, are both of you kicked out or just one of you (a.k.a. the extra one)?

we were at the wolv. campus – we were both extras so, yeah, both of us. :p
Still though, good to see someone else is in the same boat as us, unlucky minnows

There’s a travelodge 16 miles out. 35 quid a night (per room, not per person). http://www.travelodge.co.uk/hotels/112/Birmingham-Hilton-Park-M6-Southbound-hotel
As far as I know they let you in provided they still have rooms, ie you don’t need to have booked. Give them a call 0871 984 6066 (10p per minute + mobile stuff etc)
Just search TF3 4JH on http://travelodge.co.uk/
You’ll see there are others too but they’re silly expensive.
