If possible, could you try and give me a definite yes by this weekend? It’s cool if people still want to play after this date and decide to join us, but I need to give them a call with a rough idea of numbers so that they can accommodate us on friday afternoon.

Is it a a faux pas in golf to walk around with a can of strongbow? Or should i conceal my alcahol in a thermos.

It’s technically considered a little crass. I don’t think they’d appreciate it if we all strolled on with cans of alcohol, but if you’re discreet, I shouldn’t imagine it would cause a problem mate.
