saw this HUD showcased by pvh on youtube (that’s minmode)

Looks kinda like KNHUD with a couple of tweaks and a much nicer main menu. Has all the HUD xhair stuff from PVHUD included too.

Only things I didn’t really like were the transparent-white killfeed background and how transparent the “last damage done” indicator was, so just change the RGBA value of “BaseBackgroundColor” in the DeathNotice paragraph in scripts/hudlayout.res for the killfeed and value of “DamageAccountValue” “fgcolor” in ui/HudDamageAccount.res

ever heard of this game called Quake?
Why would I use the circle if I wasnt playing Quake?
I meant just crosshair is almost same as one Rad has on his screenies.

That’s because the crosshair is originally from PVHUD which was made by a friend of Rad.

Never actually tried PVhud’s crosshair, that’s why I thought it is very similiar to my one, since I was thinking nobody did anything like that blah blah.

Well yeah, not knowing all existing huds and crosshairs makes you dumb or new
I managed to centre the quake crosshair (at least it works for me on 1680×1050)
Go into scriptshudlayout.res and copy paste the following over the first paragraph, i.e. the bit between “xHair // Standard + Crosshair” and “CSxHair // Standard + Crosshair”.

This makes the crosshair ever so slightly bigger but is much more centred for me.

also sorry people using 16:10 you’ll have to align the crosshairs yourself because that’s one thing i can’t sync for everything

yeah ive seen, some of them look pretty cool but the outlines will look awful on the curved ones (blocky etc)
