If you can’t find anyone drinving you, you could take a bus from Nieheim to Steinheim and there hop into the S5 (a slow train that drives every 60 minutes) that takes you to hannover.
or you can have someone drive you to steinheim (westf) and hop into the S5 there.

Not sure how and if going to hannover is possible from the other bigger trainstations there, just wanted to give you an example route.

tickets for those cant be bought online i think, you have to buy them at the bus directly, or at the trainstation (i think)
