Could anyone help me please..? Why´re the models so laggy after the last update..?

do you also have high ping and windows 7?
I have the same problem, i think its because of choke. Check your choke on the server.

try cl_smooth 1; cl_smoothtime 0.001; host_timescale 0.00001

choke´s always allright on eu server ping around 10 – 45ms..

When recording, use this command before you start recording.
Host_timescale 0.00001
Worked for me.

This is what I was going to suggest, only really follow the section in the quote box. I didn’t have the same problem as OP but once I used this my ping went from 90 to 48-49 on windows 7.

I went on a pub for a few minutes and experienced no lag… but i’ll have to see when i actually play a game, cuz thats when the problems usually occur, never seem to on a pub
