Valve took them away because they were not accurately distributed based on the date when the player used the game for the first time.

I’m still confused cause every time i start tf2, says scanning for steam game updates and has been for the past hour now, happen to anyone else? If it does could someone help me with it?

[04:19] worms: deleted all the stuff related to loadout/items in resource/ui and let it verify
[04:19] worms: now the crafting button shows up but i still haven’t got the class models back yet
