My 3rd Program for Team fortress 2, previously I made the Crosshair Switcher and the PLDX Recording tool, now following a program that might not be that useful for advanced players but still for some I hope :-)

This video pretty much shows everything, this program is made for easy mutliple parameter managing. You can easily create Profiles where you are able to change the Resolution, mouse settings, playing windowed and also some idle options, you can also execute specific configs per each profile.

Put it in the same dir as the app to install it
Cheers & Have fun! :)

also, will you please upload your idle.cfg and movie.cfg?

looks interesting.
EDIT: A suggestion — I see that Profiles.param actually doesn’t just store which checkboxes are selected, it actually stores the whole command line and then the program ticks the boxes on launch based on the command line itself. As such, surely it wouldn’t be so hard to allow for direct user editing of the command line from the program (and not just through Profiles.param)?

profiles for tf2, gj :)
you can also add some parameters for refresh rate, cpu usage and sillygibs

you can also add some parameters for […] cpu usage
I am unaware that such a thing exists, unless you are talking about core affinity?
many thanks
This is ok, but I think I don’t need it. My parameters are constant all the time. I don’t think I have ever changed them. As for the movie parameters I use pldx tool. So I don’t see the point here.
You really have a lot of free time ;)

yep, I did that before too and it was very complex to convert the parameters to a settings file. I’ll try to add a overwrite selected profile or Load selected profile

it was just an example :) I don’t really have a idle.cfg, and my movie.cfg is 5 lines long, I just started it yesterday, autoconfig sets for me everything on high so I just need to set AA & AF to max :>
mat_antialias 8
mat_forceaniso 16
mat_motion_blur_enabled 1
mat_picmip -10
net_graph 0

FREQ is a bit dangerous :S that’s why I didn’t add it, and yea sillygibs could be added in the next version :) and what’s the parameter for cpu usage? :o I havn’t seen it yet

No I don’t, I just have holidays atm, and yeah, what’S for the guys that record with fraps? such as me the last days, or that want to idle in a textwindow or something? it just makes it easier, or if you want to switch between 2 resoltuions
AFAIK Source engine doesn’t have the -noipx parameter, since it doesn’t even have IPX support. I’m not even sure the noforce commands work on Source, they might be only for CS 1.6.
People add lot of things and don’t even know if they have any effect.
EDIT: I checked hl2.exe and engine.dll, -noipx isn’t here, there is only -noip. There is none starting by -noforce either. I’ll check other dlls.
EDIT 2: -noforcemaccel and -noforcemspd are in client.dll
-noforcemparms isn’t here, but there is -useforcedmparms. I guess noforcemparms is here by default, and you disable it by doing -useforcedmparms.
EDIT 3: Checked all, -noipx, -nojoy, -runsafe and -noforcemparms don’t exist.
