Dunno about pings, but you may want to expand it to be south american TF2 league? Mach4 could be interesting, its a great map on pubs, although never seen it in 6v6.
Anyway, best of luck, this can only be a good thing.
It’s already south american, we got one team only made by people from Argentina, and some players from some teams are from Chile and Argentina too.

Also, we’d be happy to provide stv’s and demos of good matches when the league starts. Unfortunately for technical conditions, brazilian players can’t enter intercontinental games without HUGE ping problems, so all we can do to spread the brazilian TF2 community’s love is post around on foreign forums. Great to see your support guys, look for us in future events! We’re only getting started!
Ive played some brazilian pickups awhile back. Was fun :D even with the ping
