definitely. its only caused our entire team to have mic issues. such as echoing backgrounds. mics not being detected. etc etc dunno what they have done but cocked up somewhere
why dont u ask on the pickups channels or something this has nothing to do here.

well it was more about getting the opinion of the people who play pickups, to see if they would actually welcome having mumble…
The only pickup worth playing is using mumble 1.2, so it’s all goooood!
i dont see why they should… its just pickup and i love vent for its g15 support (helps in pickups)
Mumble overlay > g15 plugin
Mumble has g15 support.
2.0 doesnt
orly?

I suspect your g15 drivers are out of date

This is weird, everyone I know has had no problems with 1.2, uninstall old mumble, reinstall this, just keep your settings from 1.1.8, and then fiddle in 1.2 for a few minutes until it works
Perhaps people are just being lazy? :P
Either way, we need 1.2 for pugs, but people have issues, at least, atm
Yes let’s keep using a shitty piece of software because it supports animals keyboard.
Also 1.2 is bollocks. Bugs and issues at every turn.

strange, we got increased quality when we switched, guess i have to have both 1.8 and 1.2 installed for some time then.
I don’t intend this to be offensive, but seriously, If you are having problems with mumble (both 1.1.8 and 1.2), then you are doing something wrong. Yes there as some VERY minor bugs in 1.2 but honestly, I’m keeping an eye on the 1.2 buglist and there is nothing popping up about the sort of issues people are having (bar those with netbooks are ancient computers, but I doubt anyone here is trying to play TF2 on a Pentium III).
