Update has been released to support the new item system.
Currently, you can only view and modify your own backpack, because it looks like Valve removed what was needed to view other people backpack (that’s why tf2items.com doesn’t work either).
EDIT: Crafting was also added in it.
EDIT 2 : Note that it no longer work while the game is launched because of the new system.
There should be new updates soon to list the blueprints, etc.

I was silly enough to try this out. After crafting 3 class tokens and 6 pieces of scrap-metal, they now sit down in the “invalid slot”-row in “SteamItemManager” and does not show up in the backpack in-game. After this, I went ahead and crafted one more scrap-metal in-game, which showed up just fine in the backpack.
Would not buy again.
Then, move it from invalid to the backpack?
Or I don’t understand what you’re trying to say.
Ah, wasn’t too obvious you could move the items from “down there” beside the other items. That, however, worked.
Update
– Added an “Equipped” text below the equipped items.

It has been updated, you can now have the game + the program launched at the same time, and it is fully synced (moving an item, crafting, etc will update in both).
