Update it to the latest version and it’ll work fine…

Reinstalling didn’t work for me :S
It did for the rest of us. Make sure you do not extract directly from winrar or something like that (made this mistake myself) since it creates the resolution-directory as well — and the other option is to skip the creaton of _all_ directories that will fuck things up too. Use totalcommander, or extract to a temp-dir and move it from there into the correct location.
