tf2 is delaying my keyboard movements

ok so a little while ago after i downloaded budhud and i noticed that my keyboard was delayed by alot like 2 to 5 seconds of delay and i dont know how to fix it i tried:
reinstalling
turning off vsync
verifying cache
reinstalling(again)
removing budhud
and its not my internet, im starting to believe its the servers that im playing on that are creating this delay and i tried looking online to see if there was a solution and i had no luck.
did anyone who had this problem before have the solution?

prolly not enough ram
try to remove -high from launch options, it worked for me when I had the same problem
the delay is still there

reinstall drivers or try a different usb slot
or check if cable is damaged/is plugged in properly
