Good UK publics to practice on?

I know, I know… you can’t get good on publics, whatever. But there are times that I just want to go on a server, bash some heads and not have a huge care. Given how varied most public servers it can be a pain to find a server where people are friendly, understand the game and make it enjoyable etc.
I know of TF2Fort servers, but they are US saddly… do any equivalent servers exist in EU?

217.146.85.240:27015 Hampshire heavys #1 :) Good server always populated and has hlstats so it dosnt feel totally like your pubbing for nothing ;).
I miss the old TFC clanstyle servers for flexibility, that is until enough players, OvD, then once enough sensible play. Granted it’s not as great as pickups for clanstyle play, but it was something you could jump into, would be great if there were a low (18-) few player number servers for people to join.
No crits being the essence. :)
