And yet all he provides is conclusions and doesn’t support them with facts that haven’t already been known to public months ago. I don’t think gathering all the info from reddit and putting it together can be qualified as “research”.

I really doubt that TF2 will switch to Source 2, and if that happens they will unfix ton of exploits that they have fixed in TF2 before and were not fixed in L4D/CS GO/DOTA etc…
A game engine can’t magically fix the internet unfortunately, as long as there is latency the hit detection will never be perfect :)
