is MGE actually useful for Snipers?

Could help improve 1v1 svs situations, but other than that it serves absolutely no purpose opposed to real gameplay.

Just play cp_orange or TDM (tdm helps me alot). Just dont play sniper vs sniper in mge. Literally the dumbest thing ever.
Srsly, just play on public server. It’s the best practice you can have. You can’t find such a random walk to train your aim anywhere.
Besides officials/pcws/mixes etc. it doesn’t matter on what kind of servers you play. You will improve by just playing anyways. Play whatever is most fun to you and don’t gets you bored so you can keep on playing and can keep on improving.

Why would anyone say that cp_orange is a good map to practice sniping? It is completely flat, it has ridiculously long sightlines, the distance to the enemy is unrealistically high and you are basically never in danger.
Find a good server with a decent map rotation and practice on real maps against real enemies and not 9-year-olds that call you a hacker because you headshot them when they were a scout…

because that’s the only map where you’re always guaranteed to have like 3+ snipers on both teams

3+ snipers with a reactiontime of 5 minutes, no WASD keys and without the knowledge, that you can headshot. best practice ever.

Little offtpic, but how do i 1v1 sniped? Any general rules? Is faking a good idea, if so how should it be used?
