Well, to be fair he does own the site. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard for him to just manipulate the votes.
If the NA community switches from ESEA they will kill their scene, just the same as it would kill this scene if ETF2L closed up shop.
They don’t have enough active contributors or content producers to fill the void that would be left. CEVO might be a league to play in, but anyone who thinks that a prize pool and LAN finals only benefits the top flight of invite is completely deluding themselves.
The whole situation is so ridiculous. I am glad for our little league. Say what you want but our admins are some of the most understandable and level headed guys I have ever met, glad to have them with us.
This is how you ruin your reputation. I mean the guy is doing a great work with the site, its a huge accomplishment, but right now he’s power tripping hard.
And all the other selfish invite players posting on that oriiginal thread, thank god next season esea will probably not have tf2. No respect for the community whatsoever

Come on skyride, dont be ridiculous, if esea die then let it die a painful death, they are then worst league I have ever seen, they dont care about their costumers, so much that they banned people for 10 years for simply posting on their announcement with a contrary opinion.

I’m not saying that ESEA are the greatest thing ever, but like, look at what they do give to the community on balance of their faults. It far, far exceeds anything that any alternative is even remotely capable of providing.
