in all seriousness, just go trial for highlander teams, starting at the lowest div. if you start raping people, move up, until you hit a division where you get raped instead, cause being good at tf2 is a ratio of how much you rape against how much you get raped, and no amount of youtube vids can prove that

http://etf2l.org/recruitment/teams/ check out the teams looking for 9v9, if you’re truly new to comp I suggest you make friends with people and ask them to see if they’ll let you merc (that means you play for them occasionally, but you’re not an official part of the team) before joining a team. That way you can gauge your own skill level and determine a level which you can comfortably play at, which should be like:
complete steamroll < you < completely steamrolled
