Yes we know about the issues and we are very sorry about them. The reason why our servers do no have daily restarts anymore is simply that we have a problem at the moment that prevents them from restarting by themselves (sometimes they just hang and nothing happens) which requires manual restart.

Since we cant do that at 3 am every day (need to get up in the morning, heh :D) for the time being we disabled the auto restarts which results in MGE becoming laggy.

As I said, we are sorry about the inconvenience, but this should be fixed in max. a week, please bear with us.

Assuming it runs as a service you could use the at command.

e.g Batch file

at 03:00 net stop “Service Name”
Net start “Service Name”
at 02:30 start “blahblah.bat” <— would make it run again the following day.

type _restart in the corresponding tmux / screen shell. Automate it via cron or a daemon.

The screen console crashes basically, you cant enter anything, you have to kill it.
Thats the whole problem :P

I still think Pennyfarming is the alt account of a bored admin, therefore gaining ban immunity or something.
