They have to be banned. If it’s all accepted then trust is lost within whole of ETF2L. There is the fact that Matnun doesn’t need any cheats to be one of the best soldiers, but no one can ever deny the fact that he’s a dirty cheater.
Altho nowadays its pretty normal for a prem soldier to cheat 3 times and get unbanned.
