it seems like this issue happend after the transport to some lanparty. Like someone told me i started the BIOS and went to the cpu tab … (why didnt i aktivate the sound for heath problems) … well in the bios i was told my cpu got even 80 degree celsius so i was kinda confused! this made me opening my chase and checking my cpu cooler. i touched it and then i noticed that one pin (fuck intel standard cooler holder :X ) was broken! so im sitting here on a random laptop just to tell you the cooler wasnt exactly on cpu, more like loos! Now i cant start my pc till i get another cooler (this time a non intel one :} ) so see you next week again ;) thanks for the help

Best CPU cooling fan ever for like £16.
seems to be a nice cooler indeed thx for the link dunc :)
Would not recommend that cooler dunc, sure it is better then the standard Intel cooler. But it has the fucking pushpins, I dont recommend pushpin crap :P
Zalman CNPS 7700 is a better choice, sure harder to mount but its a good cooler.
And if you want a really good one :
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme + 120mm fan = NICE!
that cooler is great for the money, and puppets my hsf is only being held on by 3 pins and its working fine :S
you both say that its only 3 pins that hold the heatsink and you still like the pushpin-cooling concept? I dont really get your logic there :P
mine was probably my fault when i was pissed off :P
Tbh, you can hardly blame Intel for not making sure there coolers are lanparty proof.
You should pay attention to wat you do with your pc.
My mugen (+/- 1Kg) is also held by pushpins and I haven’t had any trouble with them.
That zalman cooler is overpriced btw.
Would not say that its overpriced, dont know where you checked but…
It is so much better than the Arctic Cooler that dunc mentioned.
But sure if you dont care so much about it, buy it :)
One + is that it is easier to mount, just push the pins ;)
I meant that Zalman doesn’t offer much value for the money you pay.
There are much better coolers for the same money (or cheaper).
I had zero problems installing that cooler and saved myself literally one million pounds!1
thx for you help but i decided to buy an “alpenföhn” xD
Alpenföhn “Groß Clockner” (754, 775, 939, 940, AM2, AM2+) HXLE50 :)
its about 30 euro which is about 20 quid so i think thats a damn nice price for such a good rated cooler! its already home but i wont be home before sunday so i gonna have to check it out then … btw crunchy basically only one pin is broken but its broken some way so i wasnt able to stack even 3 in so it was holded with 2 instead of 4 … i think it was already only holded by 3 for some time and it was okay but with only 2 it really messed up
ahhh yeah i can see the problem there then XD, make sure you have some thermal paste incase there isnt any on the hsf, usually there is but you never know, better to be safe than sorry
