I spoke to an admin about this a few days ago and he pretty much told me that switching spawn while maintaining uber was legal because Valve are (presumably) aware of the issue and still haven’t bothered to fix it, thus making it a “feature” instead of an exploit/glitch/abuse. Unfortunately, I’m a retard and my IRC client isn’t set to log queries atm so I don’t have the logs handy.

Changing spawns while retaining uber is not against the rules.
awesome update, now my tf2 just crashing without any errors after first vid, already removed hud, cfgs, prec and -autoconfig’ed.
