Enjoy. A lot of it is more related to the North-American scene but it’s a good guide for Europeans as well. At least I got them to include the most important links and IRC channels for Euro scene.
Valve also made it a sticky in the steam tf2 forums http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=792794
Took a quick look, my mate is just starting tf2 so ill point him towards that. Thank you for saving me the time to explain basics ;).
