I swear you never make any sense
Not sure what you want to achieve with a permanemt scoreboard but adjusting hud_deathnotice_time could help you keep better track of the deaths. It’s the next best thing I guess.

The deaths you know from calls.. its the moments when enemy spawns i would want to see.
Bind E to showscoreboard, stop screaming for medic as a medic (u mad), panicpress E in every spare moment
use default settings :)
