Paypal booking didnt work automatically like it had the past few months, so the guys pulled the plug on the NL dedi and want 125€ to plug it back in, and since he’s a poor and mean Scot, he’s got no monies.

I can vouch for HiperZ.com servers.
They are superstable and low cost.
(From 7.56 euro a month when paying for 6 months)
