SOAP TF2DM help

I guess a recent update broke it or something, or maybe I’m just a bit of a mong, but I can’t install it properly. Anything I need to do other than read here? Help appreciated.
Details:
Downloaded RAR, extracted files to my /tf/ folder.
When we ready up for matches it says “SOAP plugins unloaded”, so it seems to be active.
Doesn’t work.
Sourcemod and Metamod both running, fully updated.

That could be the problem, don’t think I have that installed.
When I googled it and looked on the AM forums, not the clearest of instructions, how exactly do I install it?

It’s an extension for Sourcemod. You bassically just extract it to your Sourcemod directory, and make sure you have the most updated hooks list (should be a link to it on the download site).

Afaik you don’t need this for soap – only for mge.

Oh I do have it installed and seeing as MGEmod works I guess I installed it correctly. Still no idea then.
tried full reinstall with clean metamod and sm and unloading all plugins except soap? dont forget about cfg folder
