Light problem

I’ve got a TF2 non-steam version (thanks Spike Himself!) because I want to watch some old demos which I can’t see with the current TF2 version. Everything is fine except 1 problem about the bright/light.

i cant see the problem, the game actually looks better xD
No thats right, its just because TF2 is on super-duper-duper high graphics. It does look really weird coming from a high FPS config though ye. :P
Looks a bit off to me, like you’re on directx 8 with HDR off. Check both of those (mat_hdr_level and mat_dxlevel)
