It’s actually a graphic malfunction and means you game isn’t collecting your packets in the right order – what you have to do is go into computer>c:>programmefiles>steam>steamapps>username>teamfortress2>tf
This fault generally places your files in alphabetic order however for the game to play properally they must be in reverse alphabetic order so just place the files from z-a rather than a-z.

Oh my God.
If you have been using any modified files, textures, models or whatever, remove them. Otherwise, it’s rendering stuff.
