like it says drop rate is doubled…
I have had no random drop hats ever! now my chances of getting a random hat to drop have just doubled!!!!!
let me just calculate how many hats i will get:
0x2=……… 0?

The cap limit hasn’t changed, so you’ll just not get your hat drop quicker
