IRC is great, but if you want something where both sides are playing as they would in an official, even if you’re searching via divs and get a team playing “properly” and not skillfaking, you very rarely finding anyone playing as “hard” as they could.

The thing someone suggested about steam groups/friends lists for when you find a decent team, so you build a network of teams who know each other, is the way to go though, simply because a forum isn’t instant enough
