Custom hitsound fail after winterupdate ?

Custom hitsounds must now be specified by replacing the ‘tf/sound/ui/hitsound.wav’ file.

Override cvar doesn’t exist anymore/has been hidden.

It works for me but I hadn’t used custom hit sounds before.
