Freezes in-game

Hi.
Recently(~3 weeks) I started to get freezes in-game. Due to my ingenious computer knowledge skills, I managed to make screenshots of my “net_graph 3”.

As you might understand, freezing happens during these downspikes. I have tried changing rates/interp, that didn’t help :L
Any solutions?

In other games, at least in sc2 and minecraft, everything works well. During freezes I can hear everything on mumble/ts3 as good as always and my teammates can hear me.
Win7, not wi-fi, no background programs working.

The stuff you see on netgraph is only logical. Netgraph shows network traffic, so it will not show anything at all while your game is dead.
In other games, at least in sc2 and minecraft, everything works well.
So any ideas why tf2 dying for a second once in a minute or two?

p.s. during freezes I can hear my teammates in ts3, aswell as they can hear me, so it’s not internet problems, as I think.
p.p.s i really don’t want to reinstall tf2, i have 2 etf2l official games tomorrow :(

Or maybe try to disable multi-core rendering?
whitelisted dir in av?
tried using -high? (warning: competes with device drivers)
quit background applications?
Whitelist didn’t help,
didn’t try using high, but above average didn’t help,
only background programs i am using while playing tf2 are dropbox and razer driver.
I am reinstalling right now, hope that will help.
