Make me a cfg and get a hat

I`m giving Gentleman`s gatsby to a person that will make a cfg for me and add stuff from time to time.
I would like it simple= config.cfg,autoexec.cfg, class cfgs
Chris dx9 cfg in autoexec
Q changes betwen primary and secondary
E changes to melee then lastinv
+-(keypad) changes interp for 0.005
F5 jpeg
KP 1234 + SHIFT build (SHIFT 1-sentry, 2-disp, 3-entr, 4-exit)
//settings
4 sensitivity
For sniper:
sensitivity 2.3
zoom_sensitivity_ratio 0.6
