Server accreditation

For a while now I’ve been wondering about making a list of the best servers to play on, the ones that you can get on and play and not worry about lag/choke/downtime, and giving those servers that meet the standards some sort of accreditation so that people know it is a good quality server with a good quality network. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in having a list produced of servers that met certain standards.
I was thinking something along the following lines (all of the following ISPs I can test with servers I have shell access to):
1.) The server must be able to consistently deliver 250fps without drops
2.) The server must not have choke issues (as a result of server configuration/network server is on)
3.) The server must have good routing to:
UK:
Opal Telecom
Virgin Media
Sky Broadband
BT
NL:
Ziggo
CH:
SWISSCOM
4.) The server must have at least 99% uptime (measured over the course of a week)
5.) The server must have a clear point of contact for people wishing to make queries about it
I also think this could be a good idea because it might encourage people to improve the quality of their servers so they can get on the list.
Is there the interest for such a list to be produced, and do you think the standards seem about right?

I would be intrested in such a list. Might be an idea to catagorize based on the type of server? DM/Ammomod&MGE/Pub(Vanilla/NonVanilla) and other catagories, so people can quickly see what the best servers are based on what they want to do.
The other standards are fine as far as I can tell.

I’d like to see it, it’d be nice to reward the people who run good servers with some recognition. Are you talking pub servers?
I like the idea, except that when this list becomes popular, there will be people that will refuse to play on an otherwise perfectly okay server, just because it does not appear on your list.
p.s. are you talking about pubs or match servers, or perhaps both?
fu, only asking for good Swisscom routing. Sunrise is where it’s at.
b2t: good idea though.

Mainly thinking pubs/MGE/DM/midair/ammomod
I thought it was a good idea for match servers. You dont always have time to test the server before the match so knowing what quality servers are could help a lot. But whats the point for pubs/mge/dm/ammomod servers? Everyone can test on their own and play on the server they like the most, have the best routing, lowest ping, whatever.

It’s a matter of having a directory.
Private servers aren’t as problematic because if the server is shit you can just move to yours.
I should mention that for all of the ISPs I have on that list I have a computer I can SSH to on a very good line (like, large business quality internet connections, most are fiber and some are 3db fastpath, most of them are my terminals at various businesses), so you will undoubtedly get worse pings on a home connection.
I will determine “good routing” by looking at unnecessary hops after leaving the pool.

Ziggo is shit so that can only mean good things for other dutchies :)

Really? The terminal I have there is 3db fastpath at some ridiculous speed.
Well, the thing about Ziggo is that it’s basically a mix of a shitload of other providers. Ziggo went mad at some point and decided to just buy the other ISPs. So Ziggo might be top quality on location A, but on location B it could be the worst ISP you could choose for.
In my area, it’s shit.
24hours-hosting got some nice servers.
MTF.px RED got one.
