It seems some in the community think drop weapons can’t be crafted with 100% guarentee

according to the offiical TF2wiki http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Southern_Hospitality

The Southern Hospitality can be crafted using the Ambassador + scarp metal

so assuming that forumular works, here is my guide to craft this weapon withing a few weeks with a 100% guarentee

3 spy weapons = spy token
3 secondary slot weapons = secondary slot token
2 class weapons = scrap metal

spy token+secondary slot token+scrap metal = The Ambassador

2 class weapons = scrap metal

scrap metal + The Ambassador = Southern Hospitality

Remember you can craft spy tokens using any class token + 1 spy weapon
Remember you can craft a secondary slot token with any slot token + 1 secondary weapon

If you actually fail in crafting this or any other ‘drop’ weapon you’re turning too many spare weapons straight into metal and it’s your own fault it takes you months to craft ‘drop’ weapons

I crafted it today, before the engy update i had 0 spare weapons, and just used weapons that have dropped in last 48 hours

I think the knife is classed as primary.

It’s like the Grenade and Sticky Launcher. The sticky launcher is in slot 2 but it’s labelled Primary weapon and vice versa for the Grenade Launcher

updated (ambassador does show as a secondary weapon, when you click to change weapons)

I can also guarrentee this works

I just crafted

spy token + 2nd slot token + scrap = Ambasador

Ambassador + scrap = Southern Hospitality

Chris’ fps config and a lodhack. Tried changin dxlevel to 80 rather than 82 and currently verifing steam files then ill defrag then test and if that doesnt work ill hit it with my penis.

Now for some reason my game is updating… Hmm maybe that’ll fix it.

Well that didnt fix it…. Hmmm… Time to start cockslapping.

Well somehow that didnt work either… god darned it.

An fps config really shouldnt cause problems with reload animations and game models should it? How strange… Ill have to try dx9 tomorrow and see if that makes a difference but anyway for the moment i shall sleep.
