Yeah
No-one says it’s the other way around. PHP was made to work for a small amount of time server-side and produce an output to the user.
But what makes you think that python ( also a script language ) was designed for applications that are constantly running?

Oh, ruby :) The ETF2L bot is written in ruby :) I think a lot of traditional bots are written in scripting languages. (perl, etc) I like scripting languages :)

They’re pretty practical for smaller operations, but proper programs should be written in languages like C.

Sounds like every party I’ve been to.

Just change all these characters:
'#' to '#'
'>' to '>'
'<' to '<'
'[' to '['
']' to ']'
And you’re done.
