Pickups are dead.what now?

Ok,so after getting back from retire i was sad to find out the pickups in mpuk are DEAD.
Last i checkt it was 15 days ago that there was a pickup.
So what now?
Where do we go now to play some competitive game play with decent players?
NOTE-LOBBY IS NOT DECENT.ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE
Where do we go now if we wanna play competitive 6v6,Specially if you dont have a clan.
best appart from pcw with a team is playing mixes/doublemixes or quake
