Thinking of Buying a new macbook pro, 13″ 4GB RAM 2.4Ghz, 320M gfx card. Wondering what the performance will be like.
If you’re fine with a lower res it’s fine ^^
Not sure how mac compatibility has changed with steam games but source games used to be notoriously buggy on mac. Just so u know.
It’s not gonna be the same. If you’re gonna play, i’d suggest installing bootcamp and windows.

Still not had a chance to get going on it, we are having some problems with acquiring the macs at the moment.
But yes, I will get to work on it as soon as I have access.
I have a macbook and in bootcamp it runs at worst 60-70 fps with m0res highfps so you should be fine with a macbook pro.

Ah, I’m gonna get one regardless, just want a heads up on the TF2 performance.
From youtube videos people are running it on highest settings, native Res on 32 man servers getting at min 60 fps.

you could buy 1000 potatoes for the price!
Playing tf2 on a laptop is horrible regardless of the os.
