Cool dog it does not say there about someone paying someone else to log into there account duhhh… “You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account” and “You agree that you are personally responsible for the use of your password and Account and for all of the communication and activity on Steam that results from use of your login name and password.” cancels out “You may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use your password or Account.” Basically saying you are responsible for what happens with your use and pass but they threw that in there because its a loophole and end of the day coulda been a big lan round daves and everyone took turns loggin in on his crappy Mac to save the arguement of it was all on the same ip xD :)

Steam aint gonna give two fucks they will love it everyone wants the ear buds personally I think its sad but lol!
