Fix for STV and CVars on Linux servers

Since an update in February/March, a new bug was introduced which makes some of the server CVars not being visible from the outside, the STV not being visible either, and the players joining the STV using the server slots (instead of the STV).
I guess some of you would be interested to know how to fix this.
This bug happened when the default value of “sv_master_legacy_mode” was changed from 1 to 0.
You just need to add sv_master_legacy_mode 1 in your server.cfg and it should fix it!

Of course it’s called legacy for a reason, but for now it looks a lot better that the crap I’m getting from the non-legacy version.
