No , it’s not hard. But to some , the ussr flag is offensive and furthemore , it’s not a country. Such a thing as ussr does not exist anymore , so why would you need a flag?
The argument “It’s not a country” doesn’t count – there’s a scandinavian flag as well.
Oh, and I request a pirate flag.
