That’s Source Engine bug, it needs to be fixed within the engine not in game. Besides you’ll probably never see such bug being executed and unlike pompson, it can’t be accidental.

The Razorback is a very interesting change for pocketed overhealed Snipers (any decent Spy can kill a lonely Razorback Sniper anyway). Looking forward to it, going for the pocketed Sniper pick might change up pushing options for teams quite a bit.
