If you’re going to request demos 2+ weeks after a match, can you at least send out an email? Or are you expecting team leaders to check the pages of every match they’ve played every single day, even after the season has ended?

We’ve had lots of reports of this, and done thorough testing but have found nothing conclusive to tell us why people aren’t getting emails. We can’t even reproduce this ourselves (I literally just finished testing this and there were no problems – and it’s been tested before by other people too).

Usually you are supposed to get an email with the demo request too.

If this happens to you, can you please contact an admin and give information so we can try to continue working on this,
