But with potential of a pick and ban system for weapons maybe not too far in the distance I would love to see the pick and ban system trailed at an event like this. In mixes it has gone well and I think it would be interesting to see in an event like this.

It should probably be trialled in an experimental cup rather than a nations cup, if anything.

Process in HL? really? Its problems in 6vs6 would get even worse in hl imho. I’d prefer to play Gpit anyday instead of process.

Regarding Swiftwater instead of Barnblitz, sure why not.

Process is WAY better than Croissant on Highlander. Croissant is very stalematey and overall boring map to play.

Oh we just played Follower yesterday in a doublemix, it was messy but yet fun :D

That seems more an issue with the way players are selected for the highlander teams than a problem with the map. Process was really well received last season in UGC and I’m pretty sure most teams will pick it above granary in the summer season as well.

Edit: Barnblitz isn’t really up to snuff. The last is still too hard to push and just gets boring. Swiftwater has its own issues, and is nowhere near upward or badwater in terms of flow, but it is a lot better than Barnblitz.

I like Russian’s map pool, gpit’s fine IMO
