PoV-Record [2.1.0] new x64 build

Long time no see.

In 2024 I made an outdated P-REC version open source with idea that someone rewrite it.
Now Valve released actual SDK for TF2 I updated P-REC to x64 and the latest SDK.
I released P-REC 2.1.0 with hope that the community can assist with signing of new build by TF2 developers.

But for now you can run TF2 with `-insecure` flag to test it

Not to be a dick, but in the post Orange said he hoped the community could help along with getting it signed… why would he be able to answer your question?

Because he maybe has an estimation and you haven’t played since s38 so i’m not sure why you would care
