Help with yahud

So i’m learning how to customise huds and im currently in yahud and i’m just wondering if it would be possible to have this kind of box’s around your health and uber.

I know you are about to say “why don’t you use that hud” I have but i still found yahud better for me.
So is there a command to make this possible? If is, then where its located in yahud or do i need a make a new command?

Paste http://pastebin.com/qk2KA4X7 in to your HudPlaterHealth.res
and whole HudMedicCharge.res have to be replaced.
Also you have to paste certain animation of those elements if u want them to work as same as in oryginal. u can find them in scripts/HudAnimations_tf.res in delihud box edition files.

replaced with what?
by the file with same name from delihud box edition (the one which screenshot is taken from)
Can i add you in steam if you know how this thing works? I did as you said and only thing that happend was that my uber % disappeared.
So i got the back round for the health without the health numbers and in console it says
KeyValues Error: RecursiveLoadFromBuffer: got EOF instead of keyname in file resource/UI/HudPlayerHealth.res
resource/UI/HudPlayerHealth.res, (*DeliBG*), (*HudPlayerHealth*),
So any clue how to fix this?

tomorrow i will implement those boxes in to yahud, it will be easier to do than explain really
