I have not very much clue but i hear you can set up priorities on your router. Something like a bigger skateboard so you get most of the pipe’s width and your housemates/sewermates/mansionmates get a very small piece of pipe on which to olly and kickflip. This is a little bit nasty unless you pay the entire bill yourself as it’s effectively stealing their bandwidth.
