Re installed game & cfg today and now i get this error in console when i launch tf2

Changing resolutions from (1680, 1050) -> (1680, 1050)
Unable to remove d:program files (x86)steamsteamappsxxxteam fortress 2tftextwindow_temp.html

anyone know what causes it

In the past that happened when you had left -dxlevel in the launch options
